Shipping & Returns
All products availiable will be immediately shipped to the customer’s “Shipping Address” once all payments have been verified and cleared. Any product not immediately availiable will by ordered through our suppliers once all payments have been verified and cleared. We we advise you of an estimated arrival date from our suppliers and will ship onwards immediately after receiving your product. Depending on the product this may take 1-2 days extra or 1-2 weeks extra.
We can ship to almost any address in Australia. However, please note that there are some restrictions on certain products due to size, weight and location that may restrict or prevent delivery. Please enquire before placing any purchase if you have any concerns.
Some conditions of delivery are:
- We deliver either via our drivers, our contracted courier company or Australia post depending on the item you purchased and the delivery address
- Delivery will be made to the address provided by you under the title “Shipping Address”. Once entered/processed no changes will be accepted unless verified as incorrect (a new ‘Shipping Address’ may attract additional delivery fees)
- We are not able to deliver to PO Box Addresses.
- We are not able to deliver directly to units but can deliver to a loading dock and/or foyer area.
- You can request a preferred delivery day (Mon-Fri) and we will endevour to meet that target however we cannot guarantee that day.
- We will attempt to provide at best an AM/PM delivery estimate once an item is scheduled to be picked up. If the product is being delivered by one of our nominated drivers, the driver may contact you on the morning of the delivery to provide a more approximate time of delivery. However this may not always be possible and is at the discretion of our delivery drivers.
- All deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt of goods following the sighting of a photo ID of you or a representative on your behalf by the nominated delivery driver.
- All goods are handled by fully trained operators.
We will deliver your new product to your front door, garage or place of business.
All care is taken to ensure no damage occurs to any goods. However it is upon the customer to check the condition of the goods delivered against any external transit damage BEFORE signing for the delivery. Once a signature is provided then it is confirmed that goods were received without any external packaging damage.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
